No Vibration on incoming call or sms [released]

Hi all!

For some time i dont see any vibration on incoming call or sms, even when vibration is enabled in settings. Any ideas why? I use latest optional update

It is know bug alredy and it was said to be done. Probably you have turned off second option in sounds (to have sound on touch screen). Check if it works with this option. If none than check your device with CSD:

"CSD tool can be launched from the dialer writing * # * # 310 # * # *"

You could try to start CSD as suggested and then let the vibration test run for roughly a minute. This fixed the missing vibration for me a while ago. If the vibration doesn't even work for you when using CSD, you should probably contact Jolla care.

Its turned on. Also it may be related to locale (Russian). Also I use silent mode (e.g. no sound) but i need a working vibration notifications

Contact care@jolla.com, as suggested in the answers - they asked me to send the phone for repair and the problem was fixed without any hassle.

will be this bug corrected in the new version? when it is turned off haptic feedback vibrations do not work in notifications..
