I would recommend you to give a further explanation on what Krita is, so maybe more people will also share your opinion and give you a vote ;)

There is already a broad request for KDE plasma apps here. https://together.jolla.com/question/67461/request-kdeplasma-active-apps-for-jolla-tablet/

Just curious, without an active stylus does it really help to have it? https://together.jolla.com/question/63876/request-jolla-tablet-wacom-digitizer-active-pen-support/

I did some digging around and found that krita needs to use Qt5 to be wayland friendly, which is what SailfishOS uses. It was a little bit annoying to try and find up-to-date information on this, however this is what I found:

I saw mention of 'sometime in 2015' to release krita 3.0, but that might not mean anything. There might be nightly builds of krita 3.0 that are kinda functional for all I know.

drummer12, my apology, you're right but I was writing from Jolla last night... since we still don't have TOHKBD ready nor Jolla Tablet is soooo dificult to type properly :D. Best regards :-) @all thanks for your comments and votes.

Update on Krita 3.0, from information I got from the krita IRC channel by the developers. There is nightly builds of 2.9, which is them adding a bunch of features, and plan on being finished by the beginning of 2015. They then will have a feature freeze after 2.9 to work on porting krita to the Qt5 libraries and call it Krita 3.0 Once that happens, it seems Krita 3.0 can then be ported to the SailfishOS
