When playing a song via bluetooth on car audio, song title, artist name and album name are not displayed. It works fine with a Nokia 700 running Symbian.

With Aurajoki (2.0.2.52), Jolla C and the default media player I can confirm that this is fixed! Track names, Album names and Artist names are transferred correctly to my bluetooth enabled car audio.
with 2.0.4 (early release atm) they're introducing some more fixes for bluetooth car audio: https://together.jolla.com/question/146300/release-notes-204fiskarsinjoki/#146300-bluetooth

My Jolla does not recognise any micro sd card. What I can do? [answered]
I guess, this is feature-request but not bug, just some bluetooth profile is not yet supported
dez ( 2013-12-31 13:16:53 +0200 )editThey do have the right bluetooth profile (AVRCP) but probably the wrong version. From 1.3 and up this should be supported. However i hope they will update it to 1.4 or 1.5 since it has absolute volume. Btw the phone should support it but the app used as well, so maybe it's just a media app issue.
StanceVonKofsky ( 2013-12-31 21:59:20 +0200 )editin N9 the function does not work... I know it's possible to activate all of this function ! Worked great in lumia and sony
Kiri ( 2014-01-02 13:32:16 +0200 )editI think the profile version of AVRCP is sufficient, but the media player app has to support it too, AFAIK
tad ( 2014-04-24 13:30:57 +0200 )editWould it also be possible to go to next song, pause and play from the car audio, or is this something completely other than the things requested in this question?
