[root@Jolla ~]# `

"Settings-->System--> about" also says that i'm using 1.1.1.27. But update notification is still there and store app says that i need to update and will not work.

"version --dup" also says that everything is fine:

[root@Jolla ~]# version --dup Refreshing cache

Refreshing software list

REBOOT NOW, unless you need to investigate update issues, or know what you're doing (or both). All bugs you encounter until reboot are features unless you meet one of the criteria from the previous sentence. [root@Jolla ~]# '

What to do now?

@Kollin: The notification should disappear if you tap on it and wait for the update page from Settings to appear. Check for the update and see that it will return an up-to-date message, then the notification should be gone. Isn't it the case for you?

I did all of your suggestions few times! No matter what i do update notification wont go and jolla store app insists that i should update! And yes, checking for update returns " up to date" message.

I have the same problem Jolla store doesn´t work at all, Warehouse also seems stuck somehow. Zendesk suggested updating Jolla-account, did that and even changed passwrd without help.

Factory reset did the trick...

I hate this solution... deja vu from Windows!
