I thought about the android crackling sound bug:

and the time bug:

and saw a correlation, so I installed some Android Time-Apps. One was a world time clock, another was a stopwatch. Whenever I run one of the time-apps, either the stopwatch or the world clock (seconds displaying) in the background, android sounds seem to be much more better. The crackling is not completely gone, but for me it's far less than without running clock. Maybe the android subsystem is forced to sync its time more often, and the timing of sound output is better. Maybe a workaround for some cases so far. Can you confirm that?

Edit: played around and found out:

When the "Ultimate Stopwatch" (from Aptoide Store) is running in foreground (displaying 1/1000 sec), there's no nuisance to the sound anymore, and I'm able to listen MTV/Rhapsody in normal quality.
