android vibration

I'm using Whatsapp and Telegram, I have to put them in multitasking to have notification and receive messages immediately , it's quite expensive for battery but ...ok, no problem
But I don't have any kind of notification using LED or Vibration! I know that someone asked for notification using LED from android apps, but vibration?
It's possible to have "settings" for android emulator such as what android app can read from sailfish, connection settings, notification and so on??? Maybe Sailfish will be more customizable with android emulator settings!
I have vibration in games, no problems so far.

So I would suggest you try to install and uninstall the app. Check your data connection settings. Restart the phone. And if that does not work I would suggest you post your query in the Skype Forums.
