After the latest update all my media files, picture, movies and videos are duplicated in the different apps. I haven't found any duplicated files in the file system. I don't think it has anything to do with btrfs because all of the media files are located on my micro sd-card and it has ext4. Anyone else experienced this?? It's not a huge problem just a bit irritating.

Not sure what could have caused this, but it sounds like your SD card got indexed twice. You should be able to solve this problem by resetting the 'tracker' database. tracker indexes the files on the device. You can reset it by typing tracker-control -es in a terminal, or hard reset it (which completely removes any trace of previous indexes) by using tracker-control -krs. This last option is also executed when you use the Sailfish Utilities application to 'reset tracker database', if you're not comfortable with a terminal.
