Return/Back (arrow+menu) button is dissabled :(

Problem: MyJo has (i hope a little!) problem with the down return/back button
... arrow + right menu touch is without function / "light"
... since 1.1.1.27 update :(
... this is dissabled
... there is not in all Apps
... only in some (Opera or in App-settings or in 'Terminal' the keys "ctrl" ... "alt" ... "-" ... "," ... "space" ... "." ... "arrow"). This Terminal keys have in vertical format no problem!
...a reset has not helped :( ...
Question: How can this be reactivated? Can somebody help please? Is the touch display or intern defect? :/
Do you perhaps mean the buttons used by Android apps, as SailfishOS really doesn't have "menu" or "back" buttons as such?

You are absolute right/it's correct, SailfishOS haven't got "menu" or "back", Opera and Yandex 'Search' or other are Adroid apps! These settings cannot return, only are finished :( ...this "menu" or "back" Android-button has worked before (1.1.1.27). The Jolla-Terminal is a Sailfish "app" and the lowest row/keys do not work now :(
JoUser ( 2015-01-02 23:55:29 +0200 )editIf, when in portrait mode, the interactive areas at the bottom of the screen don't work, then try if you are able to open the notification screen (by swiping up from the bottom). If not, then your screen module might be broken, and in that case you should contact Jolla Care about it. At least I had my broken screen covered by the warranty...

@Sailfish-Terminal ...there is no problem in the portrait mode = left, right, down, swiping (VKB delay) worked perfect! But in the normal mode (lowest row/keys, swiping VKB delay) it doesn't work. :(
@Android-Apps ... the "menu" and "back" button do not work in no modus :(
Maybe it can be a Bug between the "Android-Support-App" and "FW 1.1.1.27" ?
