Hi,

Currently, opening a rss feed with the browser shows the xml source. I think it should open the rss reader to subscribe to the feed instead of this behavior.

Thanks

This question should be a comment here: https://together.jolla.com/question/643/rss-in-events-feeds/ The reason why Sailfish doesn't add an RSS feed from the browser is that there is no integrated RSS solution. If, however, RSS does get integrated (tip: vote in the linked question ;-) ), then this feature request would be a must.

I don't think it's a good idea. An integrated rss reader will be a must, but what if somebody want to use a different one ? The Jolla browser (or others) should use something like "sensible-editor" under linux (probably named sensible-feedreader) to open the default software, chosen by the user.

I like to have both, just like on Harmattan.

I really wouldn't like RSS feeds in my events feed. It would become an unholy mess :P
