Dark cover on dark ambience

I favor dark (black) ambiences, because of the belief, that they save the battery (?). This causes a problem, when there's an application with a cover, that has dark (black) background - especially with no text/graphics in it.

Native Sailfish apps need to have proper covers, and they are usually not a problem. But we can't expect Android apps to be designed for Sailfish use.

A good example of this is, if you listen an audio program from Yle Areena, and minimize that on the home screen, when you have dark wallpaper. It is very hard to even notice, that there's an application open !?

Could there be some way to prevent covers to "get lost" on the home screen?

that battery safe myth is only true for oled displays, because black pixels are truly off.it doesn't apply to ips or tn panels
