[Bug] twitter client scrollback stops working

After updating to 1.1.1.27 some times I see that twitter feed area doesn't scroll. It just freezes and there is no way to access pulley menu also from the feed area. Note that this happens in twitter feed area, which is accessed after clicking Twitter icon in notification area.

Is there anyway to fix this freeze without restarting the phone? Like restarting some service? Any one else facing this issue?. I hate restarting phone for small things like this.

Edit: It looks like not just the twitter feed back area but entire notification area is freezing. I just now got mail and notification sound rang. But there is no notification led glowing and no notification about new mail in the notification area can be found. Its like phone creates notification tone but no one knows what happened, we need to open up each application to check where notification came. This is pretty bad.

It looks like the notification thing is not related to this but something else.
