I want have possibilities to create rather sound profiles, for example: "meeting", "street", "silent" profiles may will be predefined, and another one or more custom can be created. Maybe it is conflicted with ambiance idea, i don't know. But use predefined sound settings will be very useful. Besides it is "de fact" feature.

You can define the sounds used with the ambiences. So you just switch ambience to have the sound profile you want.

I have to say that it is not really at all obvious that ambiences (which at first glance appear to be only backgrounds and colour themes) let you change sound profile settings as well. How do you actually do this? System » Sounds and feedback gives no indication that it might be changing sound settings for the current ambience (sound profile) rather than just the "global" general sound settings.

Nokia phones always came with General, Outdoors, Meeting, Silent, etc sound profiles (and an appropriate range of tones, tunes and beeps to choose from for starters), Jolla phones should really come with the same functionality easily available as well.

in scenario where you wearing jolla daily/weekly to another OTH or just changing different ambiance often ( like day/night/mood :) changing ambience is not that solution in case you like to quick change from default ringone profile(wish to get Ascending ringtone volume), to beep tone profile, or only vibrations... (all as options to build own profile) , profiles depens where you are (sleeping, meeting, outdoor, office) and then workarround with so many variations of each ambience instead of ability to switch profile and overload abience settings is not comfy. there are reasons why it was in phones and why we like it
