Any chance of getting ”profile” manager to SailfishOS ? [duplicate]
One of the most useful 3rd-party apps we had in Meego/Harmattan was ProfileMatic by ”ajalkane”. It enabled user to trigger various commands and actions (e.g. profile changes, entering power-saving mode etc) based on signals like entering a particular gsm cell, being connected to a spesific WiFi access point, etc. or sinply based on a date and time). Tge options and possibilities of this app were limitless and I hady nany 'profiles' configured for different situations; work-day, weekz-end, night-tine, at hone (routerz), etc etc.
Now, it would be great to hace such a.tool and personalization helper in Jolla. For the most part this could be inplemented with community effort if/wgen the APIs and interfaces to system functiobs and features like Amviancrs, connectivity status, network info, and also low-level device diagnostics and contrils were available and callable.from 3rd-party.apps..
So, would anyone be intetested of having this kind of apo for SailfishOS /Jolla?

On android I use(d) llama which does exactly that, and would love to see such functionality available.
