[Bug] Inactive entry in launcher after failed installation

After a failed installation of an RPM, I ended up with an entry for the failed app, with the "swirley" busy circle.
After having corrected the problem, and installed the app, I now have two entries for the app, one (functioning) with the correct icon, and one (defunct) still with the busy icon.
The busy one stays until the next restart.
