Ambiance gets deleted if background image is on SD card [duplicate]

I do not change my ambiance so it did not bother me for quite a while but I think there is a bug in the ambiance feature. In case you use an image from your SD card to create an ambiance, the ambiance disappears from the list of ambiances after a reboot. If the ambiance had been selected nothing changes, the background image is still there als well as all the settings but it is not in the list of ambiances anymore.
