[Request] Notification upon receiving files via bluetooth

Currently, there is not any kind of notification when receiving files through bluetooth.When the accept-reject dialog appears while phone is locked ,one could not tell if there is any bluetooth request or not. I think Screen should be turned on upon requests plus a notification sound,just like any other OS. Im sorry if that was already discussed here ,i searched but could not find anything related.
To add more on this, the display on 2.0.2.51 turns on for every little WhatsApp message I receive, but it won't turn on when it's stuck on the Bluetooth file reception requester.
