Restaurant day / Maplantis site doesn't work well

The browser goes nuts on this site while trying to zoom and pan the map http://www.maplantis.com/map?event-map=547ba5f11facb00000000001

I have seen this behavior on other sites aswell. is seems te browser doesnt zoom in on the element you try to zoom into, but on the entire site.

I can add that this has happened to some e-mails also, must have something to do with the formatting - don't honestly know. But a few e-mails have behaived quite weird, rapidly zooming in and out. Sometimes it has stopped when zooming manually in/out.

Extracted the Restaurantday app from my Android tablet yesterday but it crashes at startup on my Jolla. Probably that darn google services again. EDIT: Just read that the Android users are complaining about crashes too :)
