Too long shutter speed with flash [duplicate]

In low light conditions when the flash is needed I think the shutter speed is a bit too long. Moving objects (e.g. persons) are often blured then. I am not sure if the shutter speed is shorter that the flash will bring enough performance to make acceptable pictures then. But maybe you can undertake some attemps.

i think is the limited light of single led compared to fantastic xenon available only on fews high end photophone see difference picture token with different type of flash responsive on this blog http://nokians.fr/2013/05/photos-en-faible-luminosite-le-flash-est-il-encore-indispensable/ so, don't expect any real improvement with single flah led on this smartphone that a third service, not secondary usage.
