Just downloading an update should not set the phone into an "update in progress" state
I have downloaded the (early access) update for Yilaavanlampi (1.1.2.15) in order to install it later.
Now I cannot access the Store, it says that SailfishOS is being updated and I need to finish the process. Also, there is no way to check for subsequent updates (e.g. 1.1.2.16), neither automatically nor manually.
But I just downloaded the update so far, I did not start the installation. As long as the update process is not actually started, the state of the OS should not change (except that there is an additional option to apply the downloaded update). If this is not possible (e.g. for technical reasons) the UI should offer a way to "cancel" the update after the download. If this is not possible, the menu item "Download update" should at least be renamed to "Start update process" or similar.
I feel it should also offer to do the backup at install time. if you delay installing for a few days, your backup is out of date.
