[request] allow general account synchronization during off peak to be 'manual' [duplicate]

there is no option to set this for general email accounts. with exchange accounts i can set synch during off peak times to manual. however with general email accounts, the lowest frequency is twice daily. can you please add 'manually' to the list of frequencies?
