[Enhancement] Events-view: Pulsate pulley-menu while updating [not relevant]

This feature is already avialiable in quite aevery app: While updating the top pulley-menu is pulsing and showing you that it is doing something at the moment.

This should be working everywhere on this way - also on the events-screen while manually updating your feeds/notifications and also while your system is updating it automatically.
