Heya,

I noticed that while connected through Bluetooth to my car audio system, the steering wheel controls do not get redirected to the Android app that I use to stream the music.

When compared to my common Android tablet with the same app, the steering wheel commands work as intended Basically I can select previous / next track and pause/resume the song. These, as said, do not work when the Android app is used on Jolla Phone.

Also, the song title does not show up at the audio system display as it does while streaming from native Android device.

The OS version is 1.1.2.16 (Yliaavanlampi) Android app used: Subsonic

Support for BT headset media keys (plays/pause etc.) for Android will be added in a future release, it's still on the todo list unfortunately

Only headset media keys, no general BT support in android apps?

If you mean allowing Android apps to communicate with their own custom protocols, we're aware of the need for that also. There are other tjc entries for that though
