I have always had four numbers in my previous phones (Android). It's a little more natural since all debit or credit card has four numbers.

Nokia phones used to have minimum of five digits for device lock and many (most of?) sailors are ex-Nokia :)

Probably so people can't use their SIM-cards PIN-code as their locking code?

@ssahla - Thanks, I searched for device lock therefore didn't see it. Relax security code, is that an old Nokia title?

@TemeV - Maybe it would be good to cut old ties to Nokia and get a fresh start.

@avhakola - my SIM PIN-code has always been 5 digits long and so can yours

The thing that bothers me with the device lock is that I need to click the Open button once I've entered the code. It should be like on Windows Phones and auto-open once a correct code has been entered.
