In the latest upgrade on particular webpages, scrolling is broken. Add examples below:

That wikimedia page having scroll problems seems to have been because of some about:config change I had made. When I removed all the changes (mv) with the browser not running, the scrolling worked again.

I don't get your point, the page is indeed very long, but I cannot see any problem so far. What doesn't exactly work?
