I tried with pkcon install -y patch both as user and root.
However Warehouse apps still gives error message "nothing provides patchmanager needed by sailfishos-*"

I can't install patchmanager 0.5.1 (ui and jolla settings and daemon) on SF 2.0.2.51 on Jolla 1. Installation starts, but stops with error (sg like "can't install ..."

try downloading the patch manager from the pc and installing it
