[Bug] Waze App Icon (first installed app) disappeares after Android App install

Waze App Icon disappeares after Android App install or update thru Playstore. After reboot it comes back but at end of grid.
Any idea or recognize some problems like this?
Edit: problem exist persistend, Waze was the first Android App i installed
