[Native app request] Snapchat native app

Does somebody know if there's a native snapchat app in development at this moment? The Android app can't be updated to the last beta version since they force us now to install Google Play Services (no way!)

I don't think so. Snapchat uses a proprietary Protocol, so a third party client is probably a non-trivial hack. By the way the terms of service of snapchat don't allow the use of a third party client. You could ask the company directly if they would develop a sailfish app, but to be honest I doubt that they care about it. Probably the even don't know anything about Sailfish OS yet.

It's possible. We have hacked api for snapchat, but not yet hacked some keys generation functions. Once it will be done native snapchat can appear.
