[Bug] Owncloud: Calendars duplicated several times [duplicate]
That is what I did:
- Login into your Owncloud Account
- Go to the calendar section
- Click onto the Settings icon
- Copy the CalDAV base URL. It should look like https://yourdomain.tld/remote.php/caldav/
- Create a new CalDAV account in your Jolla.
- Enter the base URL from step 4. into the "server" field. The path field should stay empty.
- Now you should be able to access all the calenders from your Owncloud account using the "Manage calendars" option in the calendar app. One of them is the default calendar
After a while the default calendar (and all the other calendars from your owncloud account) wil get duplicates in the list of calendars on the phone. You will not see duplicated using the Owncloud web interface.
In Thunderbird you will get reminder messages from the appointments in the calender. If you "dismiss" they will dissaper but come back after some hours. So you need to dismiss again and again. I assume tha is related to the issue described above but I am not sure.

MartinK ( 2015-04-20 18:26:30 +0200 )editThanks for the head up. I think I missed the other bug report because of the word "duplicate" that also is used as Tag in subjects. :-)
