How should I hold the Jolla Phone to get the Best Reception and Battery Life?

Ok, I know that this question sounds a bit idiotic, but it isn't. I came across this website - Don't Hold It Wrong - that points out where the antennas of some mobile phones are, so that a user can avoid covering these areas to increase reception quality and / or reduce battery usage.
The Jolla phone user guide doesn't seem to provide this information. Can someone from Jolla tell us where the antennas are located (roughly)? (And also if not covering the antenna will indeed improve reception quality / battery life? :)
