Askbot: Disable karma description hover [answered]

Maybe my mouse movements are a bit jittery, because I often manage to hover over the karma link link on top when I want to sort/reload, and the huge popup is highly disruptive.

Instead of triggering on hover it could trigger on click, and the popup could contain the link to the rep page.
