[bug] Battery capacity at 97.619

Based on the severity of 97.619 readings on comments to this post, it seems that there's a bug causing this reading. The maximum potential capacity of the battery seems to be stuck on this reading on many phones, even in cases on which the battery has been used for longer time, and earlier test has given a smaller reading.
First report with this reading was posted on October 24, 2014 and since then there's 10 comments (out of 20) reporting this exactly same reading. This seems to me like a bug, existing since Sailfish OS 1.1.0.38 Uitukka (released October 23, 2014), and still there on 1.1.2.x (last reported on April 30, 2015)
