HI I rewrited the layouts.conf but the keyboard didn't appear
Do we have to change the ar.qml because of the new split system?

Don't edit layouts.conf to add Arabic; instead, make a new ar.conf file with following content, for example:

[ar.qml]
name=العربية
languageCode=AR

You need to restart maliit service afterwards. You may find more info here.
