Hello folks, I was prompted to update last night, I have not opted in to testing etc, but found today I have no keyboard in text/whatsup/email, I'm fairly new (august) to the phone and after searching a little, as I understand, have got it down to possibly the emoji keyboard I added from openrepos?

How do I get a keyboard back ? If it means reverting to a basic keyboard so be it but I can't do a lot with it as it is : /

Old keyboards won't work anymore. If you picked a non-standard keyboard before starting the update, that "active" keyboard will not load. Another way to fix is to go into Settings / Text input / Keyboards and select another Active keyboard. Choose a standard one, it will work. Afterwards, you can go to Warehouse, happily being able to search your favorite keyboard and update. I saw some instructions about uninstalling first and then re-install. Good luck! :)

Hi! I had the same problem. If I remember correctly I fixed it by uninstalling and reinstalling, and thus updating, the emoji keyboard. Both the jolla keyboard and the emojis works now. Just updating the emoji keyboard didn't work for me.
