Video editing app.
As the title suggests. Nothing extremely fancy/professional but something to edit a video shot with the phone or tablet. Add music, titles, cut clips, maybe some basic effects etc.

The Nokia N95 had such editor. I had great fun with it on a holiday. For Linux, there are things like MLT, which carry out the work for video editors like Kdenlive and OpenShot. Might be a good starting point.
Fuzzillogic ( 2015-05-24 21:52:44 +0200 )editWill not be possible. Gstreamer needs to be used for hardware decoding. Just look at video editors that use gstreamer. Gstreamer is a good idea but as multimedia framework it fails a bit when it comes to video editing. MLT uses ffmpeg afaik and I am not sure if you can somehow use hardware encoding with that.
