I have TOH SDK, but how do I go about creating a folder with all the necessary files?
How do you store this folder ready to be submitted to the Jolla Store?

Ambience creation - this can be achieved a couple of ways, but forget submitting to Jolla Store, at least for now.
However, you can create and share your work on Openrepos via the Warehouse app on your Jolla.
Chemist has already given you a few leads to check out. Here's the guide I used for ambience creation.
This method shows and describes how to make/package the RPM on your Jolla - no need for the SDK.
