Many problems at once [not relevant]

Hello,

Since Sunday, I've got many problems with my Jolla. First thing I remarked, was that I coudn't change from front to back camera. Then I tried to install another camera app via Warehouse. Warehouse told me, there wasn't enough disk space, although there is 2 or 3 GB of free space on the internal drive. The Jolla Store also doesn't work any more, but without giving an error. In the list "My apps" is nothing. New Sailfish OS update also doesn't work, but it tells me "Problem with store" and that the registration of apps may be damaged.

The developer mode doesn't work either; I think because it tries to install a terminal (that was why I wanted to switch on developer mode).

With this hint: https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204709607-How-do-I-use-the-Recovery-Mode- I could get a jolla-terminal on my ubuntu-Computer.

Then I could try out this: https://together.jolla.com/question/7988/problem-with-store-unable-to-install/

But no success:

/ # rpm --rebuilddb rpm: invalid option -- '-' BusyBox v1.21.1 (2015-04-08 19:55:10 UTC) multi-call binary.

Usage: rpm -i PACKAGE.rpm; rpm -qp[ildc] PACKAGE.rpm

Manipulate RPM packages

Commands: -i Install package -qp Query package -i Show information -l List contents -d List documents -c List config files

/ #

Now I don't know what to do. Is a complete reset to factory state the only possibility? That would be hard for me, because I also can't save the data of the calendar, SMS-Messages, contacts, etc. and the last save of this is over a mounth ago. Or is there a possibility, that I could save this all, especially the Messages?

My jolla-account works properly, that's also not the problem.

Thank you! bombe23

sounds like a btrfs-balance problem, but how to kick off a balance without dev mode enabled? Maybe you can do it from the recovery console.

See TJC30822 for details

Thank you, I think this was the BTRFS-problem. I deleted my E-Mail-accounts, where plenty of E-Mails were saved, then it worked again.
