BUG: can't update ambience image

- I've uploaded an image and created an ambience from that.
- Switched to an alternative ambience
- Deleted the Uploaded Image
- Uploaded a changed image with the same name
- Can see new image in gallery
- Created an ambience from that image
Result: new ambience with the first uploaded image.
very similar problem occurs when you put audio/image files to device, then back out, rename them, and put back in device. Old file names are still there.
