I would expect it to be a standard off-the-shelf Micro USB receptacle. Manufacturing custom connectors for a small batch would be insane.
To me the connector seems like a mid or bottom mount. There's a RF shield soldered on top of the connector, so based on your pictures it's hard to say for sure. Phone service shops usually don't have any spare parts because they have outsourced the actual repairing to companies that don't deal directly with consumers.
Your best bet would probably be DigiKey or Farnell, and pick one of each possible option they have to offer. They aren't that expensive, so you wouldn't be losing much. Although, ordering small quantities from them is often quite expensive. Some radioshacks are able to order parts for you from these sellers, so I would start by contacting some local shop.
This one for example seems quite the same:

Pretty sure you can use any micro usb port you want as long as you connect it right. All micro usb ports have the same pins. Just break down your old phone if it has one :)

lakutalo ( 2015-07-09 16:45:40 +0200 )edit@jollailija, there are several mounting variants of micro USB receptacles. Most common are mid, bottom and top mount, which determine how and which way the port sits in relation to the PCB.
Okw ( 2015-07-09 17:23:21 +0200 )edit@Okw Well, you can always modify the body to make the port fit :)
jollailija ( 2015-07-10 17:07:04 +0200 )edit@jollailija, Sure, but that's something what most self respecting electronics repair hobbyists are not willing to do. Not to mention professionals...
