It looks like the access to the Jolla store needs ca-bundle.crt.

By mistake I have overwritten the ca-bundle.crt file with another certification file in order to get access to a peap wlan ap running. I deactivated the developer mode again and since then access to Jolla store is not possible anymore. I only get the message that for any problem connection to store is not possible.

Without this connection activation of developer mode is not possible and therefore putting back the right file is also not possible, because of missing root privileges. devel-su seems to be a part of the developer mode and is not available when this mode is disabled.

  • Any idea how to get the store connection running again?
  • What will happen when smartphone is reset to delivery status?
  • What will happen after next firmware update, will ca-bundle.crt be overwritten again?

you can try to boot into recovery mode and use shell commands there
