Marked downloads as not loaded
Hi,
months ago I loaded the files via an Android app. So far, so good. But I also got the note that the download of the file was going wrong, while it worked. On top of that I got that note eversince. Even thow the app with that the files where loaded have been deleted. What can I do? I don't want to see that note anymore!
Thanks!
Other explanation: (h) He downloaded a file with a Android App and it was corrected end but he become the notification in the events view that the download was corrupt/failed.
I'm no sure if I understand everything completely but: Where will this note be displayed? On your phone, on your computer? Could you maybe upload a screenshot?

those "notes" are listed in the events view, on the jolla phone. When tab on them they dissapear, but after a while they are there back again (and again).

I'm not so sure what you mean exactly, so: You downloaded a file with a Android App and it was corrected end but you become the notification in the events view that the download was corrupt/failed.
Is that right?
heubergen ( 2015-07-17 15:46:55 +0200 )editTotally Right. Addiontionaly I become that notification eversince, every ours til days. For every file I loaded with that app. Even though the app isn't on my phone any more.
Horus ( 2015-07-20 21:36:44 +0200 )editfor me, in a similar case, it helped to tap on each of the files in event view - and to wait for the error message (in my case: file not available). after that, notifications were gone.
