Cover actions' tap tradeoff, what a pity! (1.1.9.28/Eineheminlampi)

What a pity that cover actions are from now on (1.1.9.28 early access release) tappable. It pretty much renders impossible to use them on the move (while walking) because the active region of the screen is so small (the same problem as using smartphone's on-screen-keyboard while walking). It was an easy way to e.g. trigger email sync or start/stop track recording in Rena. In addition, tapping is boring -- cover actions were actually quite fun to use compared to traditional smartphone tapping.

In addition, there's problem with feedback -- it's difficult to know if I managed to tap the right area, e.g. in IP address app, was the "refresh tap" successful. I'd consider reverting this back by enabling user to disable the carousel (Events view could be then accessed e.g. by edge-swipe from left to right).
