Hallo,

it's just an idea about the voting mechanism at together.jolla.com.

To clearify the discussion at together.jolla.com, i think a member who downvote should give the reason why the downvote is done. Elsewise as at an upvote, a dowevote is evidence of an other opinion of the donevoter.

I think it would be nice if a downvote is done, a answer or comment page appears. Then the thoughts why the donevote is done could be immediately written down.

I don't no how often a downvote is done without a comment. But this such an action contra productive because no information is given what is wrong.
