After upgrade I can't use browser and settings apps. I start "settings" -> new menu style "look and feel", "connectivity" etc -> then click on any menu item and nothing! just blank page and this is the same behaviour for entire menu. Browser just crashes, camera app can't start regularly with "program is not responding", the same with browser app. I don't have any additional repos, top shows me just 10% cpu and minor memory usage. The others apps working reasonably normal: phone, mail, messages, androids apps, notification screen.

Can I reinstall last update or downgrade to a previous one? Is reset the answer, if so how I can do backup and download it (menu isn't working)?
