Why not using a two finger swipe (like on a laptop's touchpad) for the pulley menu. That would solve the problem, that you have always scroll to the top before you can enter the pulley menu. The only downside would be, that you can't enter pulley with just one hand. But I don't have small Hands and although find that the device is to big for one hand use.
