IM should not vibrate while in focus
During an IM conversation, every time the other party writes a message there is a beep tone and and a vibration, even though the chat is in focus.
In a busy conversation this makes the handset vibrate constantly while you're trying to type, which becomes quickly quite annoying. Especially while trying to type at the same time.

There should either be no vibration while in focus or then it should be configurable for those who need physical feedback while reading the chat.
