We have moved to a new Sailfish OS Forum. Please start new discussions there.

It's that time of the month(s), where Sailfish OS and Jolla's success depends on you again!
The new UI strings have now docked in the community translation tool, and once translated, will land in the upcoming 2.0.4 release on the range of the Sailfish OS products.
As well as helping, you can get a glimpse into upcoming features :)
Few strings showed up already last week, I thank to the keen ones for starting to translate them right away as per my encouragement during the webinar, but then disaster struck, and your suggestions gotten lost :( I sincerely apologise, totally my fault (during the sync process), but now we know how to learn for this not to happen again. Those of you affected, please dump the translations from your brain cache; and in future always wait for an official announcement (this time me jumping the gun though :)
This period of time requires you to pull up sleeves to bring translations to fruition, so “let's do it, let's fall in...” languages :D Hoping to push the completion of official languages by the end of this week.
Both Chinese, Danish, Norwegian, and Portugese languages struggled a bit during previous round, so let's make them win in this time (reminds of Olympics, eh? :D) -- ping any of your Sailfish friends speaking those languages, who you think might miss this announcement ;)
As for community languages: you guys are great, clarifying the current state of Transifex and offering a great solution (full discussion in the last comments of https://together.jolla.com/question/134467/official-announcement-translate-sailfish-os-elections-of-community-languages-linguists), and I can assure you, that enabling Pootle to allow you obtaining .ts files for community languages is truly feasible; so we can see ex-Transifex community languages being imported sooner than later!
