[Not a question] Sailfish OS is now the only accepted mobile OS for new government and state owned phones acquisitions in Russia
According to this news article (in Finnish) http://www.arvopaperi.fi/kaikki_uutiset/jollan-sailfish-ui-vahvasti-venajalla-6603103 SFOS is now the only accepted mobile OS in the future acquisition of mobile phones by the government and state owned companies in Russia. OMP has also started recruiting local developers.
Also in the same article they mention Jolla is also negotiating on creating local mobile ecosystems in China and South-Africa.
