[bug] [2.1.0.9] Jolla wants to install white ambience randomly
From time to time when I take out my Jolla 1 from pocket and unlock the screen it's asking about internet connection. When I enable internet connection it's asking to install White ambience. It's happening because Jolla find TOH. It's trying to install ambience which is already installed. It never happened to me before updating to 2.1.0.9.

The easiest way to reproduce it is to remove the TOH and put it on again.
