Hi
i have just a remark, the sound signal of the call-recording is generally too weak.
To understand the caller (means me) i should amplify the signal with 20db.
And then the person which is called is so weak that we need to amplify to more than 24db.
Is it by all devices the same?
Has jolla verified it for all type of devices after programming?
i don't want to criticize, but for such a weak recorded signal, i can't represent me that is just an isolated case in all sfos ecosystem...
I have a jp1 with the last sfos 2.1.0.11
Cheers

After a remark, it seems to be a similar thread here, which mentions a silent record.
Description of the issue seems for to be really clear, and is a little bit different as mine (weak signal).
Seems that jolla should investigate deeper.
For that difference in description of the issues, I beg to anyone not to take the initiative too shortly to set this thread in duplicate as long as it is not sure that both cases are different, or not.
I let person in charge (means jolla) to set this mentioned thread in duplicate.
Thank you for understanding.

Level between to adjust for having an appreciate hearing, is 6db between caller and called-person.
20db caller - 26db called-person => 6db means caller is 4x stronger as the called-person.
Is it by all devices the same?

Seems for me that there eventually more than one bug. In general the level is too weak, and called-person is more weak as the caller level.

That would be nice if someone could work on the amplifier level, for having a stronger sound.
Many tanks in advance.
