[bug] android apps can't solicit gps fix
I frequently record tracks with OsmAnd 2.4.6 on my Jolla C. After upgrade to 2.1.0.11 I have noticed that OsmAnd can no longer get GPS fix. OsmAnd records coarse track, its precision looks like only cell towers and Wi-Fi hotspots are used to determine location.
I've also noticed that while there is running native SFOS app polling GPS coords (I use GPSInfo) OsmAnd is able to get precise geo location.
